The hot water shut off early. So early! i was expecting hot water until 8 am, but nope, cold shower at 7 am it was. also, i went to store my luggage after checking out, and the storage room wasn't locked. no ticket, no tag. Anyone could've walked off with my stuff. A much better store room.

The receptionist seemed very helpful and polite. The room included a table, chairs, a mirror, and a television. Many hooks allowed me to hang clothes. The toilet and shower were separate. I found this feature convenient.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

The hotel is situated centrally making it convenient to walk around and go sightseeing. I found it easy to access the train station from the accommodation due to its proximity and a short tram ride was sufficient.

The hotel provided luggage storage before check-in,. The bar and reception area looked immaculate and offered many beverage options. A well-priced menu was visible in the eating area and many looked to eat there.

I enjoyed the breakfast option offered at the hotel . The breakfast included variety of options, all well prepared. The dining area was very clean and organised, that helped me have a calm dining experience.

The staff seemed very friendly and enthusiastic and supported customers well. They allowed me to return to look for my wallet when I forgot it in my room. They seemed nice and provided good vibes. The employees were helpful to guests.
